Working on pdf files; Designing jackets

I have 2 bks. They exist in separate pdf files--25 files for one, 5 for the other. I need to find somebody who is able to join them into whole manuscripts, and also paginate them.

I also have a pdf cover for one book, which needs some revision, and I need a second jacket to be designed from scratch, according to my very specific ideas.
